Without the right equipment and software, it can be downright frustrating. Here are some things we’ve learned from our community over the years.

Operating systems matter.
Please make sure your operating system on your laptop, phone, or whatever device you plan to use is updated to the most recent version. Also it’s worth the time to check to see if your operating system has been retired and no longer supported. If you discover your operating system is no longer supported, please do not purchase this course until you are able to access a device with a valid operating system.
Real people grade your assignments so...
Please put your first and last name on all assignments AND 'Save As' with your last name and first initial. Your assignment grades may be held up if you do not follow this procedure.
Microsoft word or Google docs are the only formats we can accept. Please don't save assignments as Pages (.pages) or Adobe (.pdf) format. Please be sure to adjust the settings in Google docs so our graders can download your papers to grade them and then email them back to you.
Our graders take time off to be with their families on weekends and some national and religious holidays.
We aren’t ignoring you!
Email can be tricky. We've found our emails find you much more easily when they are not getting trapped in the spam protection at your school or agency. Please take a moment and:

Make sure you confirm your email after you purchase the course.
Our email provider informed us that if you do not confirm your email that will contribute to our emails going to spam. Although this won't fix the problem completely, it will definitely help!

Give us your personal email and NOT your work email. You can email us at support@katewalkertraining.com with your personal email if you are not able to change your profile.

CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER if you don't get a purchase confirmation, or you don’t hear from us within a day or so of submitting an assignment (for courses that require assignment submissions). You can also reach out to us by phone. We can re-send the information or help you troubleshoot the issue.
You will receive emails:Within 24 hours of receipt of assignments with a message indicating the date of receipt. Assignments received after 5:00 PM or on some national and religious holidays will be received the following business day.
Within 5 days of receipt indicating assignment needs more work.

Every 30 days and less informing you of approximate time remaining before the course closes.
Do I have to I have to submit assignments in order?
No, but we recommend it. Our graders will not 'fail' your assignment but they may ask you to revise and resubmit if it appears you did not watch/read the material.
Why do you give me two certificates?
The learning management system we use generates a generic completion certificate when you complete the modules (click all of the complete buttons).
BUT...if you are using the documentation for your clinical supervision application to your licensing board, you will need the official CE certificate documenting specific hours and topics. At Kate Walker Training when your last assignment has been graded we will email you an official CE certificate with the information NBCC and most licensing boards need to verify your participation so you can successfully apply for the clinical supervisor designation.
Privacy Policy
We don’t:
Ask you for personal information unless we truly need it. (We can’t stand services that ask you for things like your gender or income level for no apparent reason.)
Share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights.
Store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of one of our services.
Use your name or photo in our marketing material without your permission. If you’d like to give us a personal five star review on Google, Yelp, Facebook, Amazon, or some other reviewing site we’d love it! Please and thank you!
We do:
Aim to make it as simple as possible for you to control what’s visible to the public, seen by search engines, kept private, and permanently deleted.
Use data and your anonymous comments in our marketing material.
E-good purchases are final.
E-goods are defined as:
Items that are downloaded after purchase (like paperwork).
Items you consume (use, attend, read, watch) in the moment or stored to watch later at your convenience (like online courses and workshops).
Items whose content is archived, is not happening in real time, and/or was created at an earlier point in time.
Lack of integrity/cheating will result in immediate removal from the course and legal action if necessary.
Please remember when you purchase this course that you are NOT purchasing a certificate. Rather you are purchasing an opportunity to earn a certificate. Some examples of cheating/lack of integrity are:
Disputing charges if you fail to earn a certificate
Re-purchasing the course under another email if you failed to earn a certificate
