Your technology matters!
Please make sure you're using a device with a currently supported operating system and an updated web browser. Keep any word processing software or other applications you plan to use up to date.
A reliable internet connection is also important, especially when watching videos, completing quizzes, and submitting assignments.
If your device's operating system is no longer supported, we recommend accessing the course from another device.
A quick note about technical support: Our team can help with course access and navigation, but we cannot troubleshoot individual devices, software, internet connections, or organizational security settings.
2. We're Not Ignoring You
Email can be tricky.
We've discovered that emails sent to school, university, military, and agency accounts sometimes get caught in organizational spam filters. We recommend using a personal email address for your course registration and communication with us.

3. I Didn't Pass the Quiz. Did I Fail the Course?
No.
Quizzes help verify that you've completed the training and understood the material.
A passing score of 70% is required. If you don't pass on your first attempt, you can review the course material and retake the quiz.
Our goal is to help you learn and demonstrate your understanding, not to trick you.
4. Can I Get a Refund?
All purchases of digital products and online courses are final, except where otherwise required by law.
This includes downloadable resources, templates, paperwork, online courses, and recorded workshops.

5. Academic Integrity and Earning Your Certificate
You're purchasing an opportunity to earn a certificate, not the certificate itself.
Course completion certificates are awarded only after all applicable course requirements have been successfully completed.
We expect participants to complete their own coursework and demonstrate professional and academic integrity.
Examples of academic dishonesty include:
Plagiarism or submitting another person's work as your own.
Having someone else complete quizzes or assignments on your behalf.
Misrepresenting your identity or course participation.
Falsifying assignments, supervision activities, or other required documentation.
Academic integrity violations may result in rejected assignments, withholding of certificates, or removal from the course. Kate Walker Training reserves the right to take appropriate action based on the circumstances, consistent with our Terms of Purchase.
