Kate Walker Training, LLC is committed to providing accessible, high-quality continuing education experiences for mental health professionals. Our courses are delivered entirely online and self-paced through a learning management system.
Please note the following accessibility considerations:
Language & Format: All course materials and instruction are provided in English only.
Captions & Transcripts: Videos do not include closed captions or transcripts created by Kate Walker Training; however, many viewing platforms (such as YouTube) offer built-in automatic captioning that participants may choose to enable.
Delivery & Interaction: Courses are asynchronous and self-paced. No live or one-on-one instruction is available as part of the standard purchase. There is a study hall each week staffed by one of our graders.
Time Limit: Course access begins on the date of purchase (or voucher activation) and remains available regardless of completion status.
Refunds & Learning Preferences: All sales are final. Please review the course format carefully before purchasing. Refunds cannot be provided if the course does not match your preferred learning style, or if disability, illness, or personal circumstances prevent completion.
