What comes after you have completed this course?
1) You'll register with the board, to get on their Approved Supervisor Registry. https://www.dhp.virginia.gov/media/dhpweb/docs/sw/forms/App_BoardApprovedSupervisor.pdf
This is not required, but highly encouraged!
2) You'll keep abreast of all Virginia laws that impact your supervisee, mainly those in 18VAC140-20-50(C).
3) You'll keep a supervision log - feel free to use Virginia's template here.
4) You'll keep your supervision documentation for five (5) years post-supervision as required in state law.
5) You'll remember that you have to do 7 hours of continuing education training in supervision upon each renewal (and you'll probably come on back here to do, right?) ;)
